BRONZE PACKAGE: CUSTOM / A LA CARTE OPTION

While many of our  B.E.E. couples don’t want or need everything in the all-inclusive or full-service packages, some will want our assistance with only specific events or will want to utilize only a few services and create a simple package.

This can include anything we do as a full-service options-assisting with choosing vendors, menu selection, planning décor or stationery, day-of coordination, etc. – but focusing on a few of your needs.

Ask about our a’ la carte pricing if this is more your liking.

The cost will depend on how much time you require from B.E.E. to help with these specific events and or services.

We offer this option because we want to make it as budget friendly and flexible as possible.

B.E.E. EVENTS ON A ROLL PLANNING RATE

In these unprecedented times with the Covid-19 outbreak, there is still a need to celebrate! We take the utmost care in protecting our staff and clients. All staff members are required to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) which include frequent hand-washing and adequate social distancing. All members will be required to wear face covering during set-up’s and actual events. Whether it be for your immediate family or friends, let us plan your next event.

B.E.E. GOLD PACKAGE: FULL-SERVICE PLANNING

The B.E.E. Gold Package the most popular option. This is for our couples who want help with the majority of the planning but want to do the site/vendor visits, tastings, and fittings on their own to keep down overall costs.

This allows more time for the planners to spend time working out all the details! It is a full-service planning package, capturing most of the services we offer – design and planning of the Ceremony and Reception as well as the Rehearsal Dinner. Day-of-coordination for both events is also included.

For the B.E.E. Gold Package design, planning, and coordination experience, packages begin at $3,200. This option is more appropriate for larger-scale events, and/or more elaborate weddings; requiring an extensive amount of planning time and/or a celebration with a sizeable amount of invited guests. Your B.E.E. Planner will spend approximately 45 hours of planning a wedding for the couple who chooses this package.

No matter which package you choose, we will determine your financial budget in our first meeting and commit to helping you secure the perfect vendors within your budget.

  • DJ, band or other entertainment*

  • Officiant*
  • Lighting design
  • Transportation and lodging
  • Guest list management; Seating chart assistance
  • Save-the-dates, invitations, place cards, menus, table numbers, programs, wedding favors, information sheets, welcome bags
  • Addressing and mailing save-the-dates, invitations, and thank you’s*
  • Menu, bar and cake selection
  • Setting up tastings for the couple
  • Music selection; Selection of special songs and dances
  • Selection of wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, groom and groomsmen attire, mothers’ attire, flower girl and ring bearer attire (if desired)

BIOGRAPHY

“The group members are Tom Crosson (guitar), Charles Robinson (drums), Qaadir Sumler (lead vocals and keyboards), Greg Ross (bass and vocals), and Ted Carpenter (lead vocals and percussion). Fathers Children is back to stay, with top-notch, crowd-pleasing musical entertainment and unyielding professionalism.

Fathers Children, a self-contained musical group from the Washington D.C. area, has stood the proverbial “test of time.” Emerging during the 70’s from the Adams-Morgan area in D.C., the group was known for their strong vocals, tight harmonies and distinct musical sound—a tradition they continue today.

The group has performed with a host of notable artists, including Earth, Wind & Fire, Stevie Wonder, Teddy Pendergrass, Stephanie Mills, Frankie Beverly and Maze and many others. Fathers Children released a self-titled album on Mercury Records in 1979 in collaboration with, and produced by, Wayne Henderson of the Crusaders. That album generated both national and international airplay and popularity, particularly from the track titled “Hollywood Dreaming.”

B.E.E. HOURLY PLANNING RATE

For the B.E.E. customer who wants to do most of the planning themselves, or who are on a snugger budget but need help with concepts or organization, this is a great option.

We meet with couples a few times for a few hours and help them take full advantage of their planning efforts. This option saves you so much time probing for these options yourselves. We devise all the work for you! You will leave these meetings positively armed with all the resources you need to take the next steps in your planning course.

Our hourly consultation and planning rate is $75/hour. These meetings are typically held in our office; however, we can meet virtually if it works better for your needs.

B.E.E. PLATINUM PACKAGE: OUR ALL-INCLUSIVE

The B.E.E. Gold Package is designed for our couples who want the entire B.E.E. Planning Details- from start to finish.

The B.E.E. Platinum package is a full-service package and is all-inclusive – it captures all the services we offer – design and planning of the Ceremony, Reception, the Rehearsal Dinner and one other related events (such as a Brunch, or other related parties).

This package is designed for B.E.E. to handle every detail, every step of the way. We attend most or all of the initial site visits / vendors with you as well as tastings and fittings. Day-of-coordination for all events is also included.  

For an all-inclusive design, planning, and coordination experience, packages begin at $5,000. This option is more appropriate for larger-scale events, and/or more elaborate weddings; requiring an extensive amount of planning time and/or a celebration with a sizeable amount of invited guests. Typically, your B.E.E. Planner will spend approximately 55 hours of planning a wedding for the couple who chooses this package.

B.E.E. SILVER PACKAGE: DAY-OF-COORDINATION

While many B.E.E. couples enjoy tackling the planning beforehand, they will agree that they do not want to have to worry about anything the day of their wedding.

Day-of-Coordination is a fantastic option to set your mind at ease so you can simply enjoy one of the most memorable days of your life! This is where you leave all of the set-up/clean-up, trouble-shooting, and wrap-up to B.E.E.

Usually for larger or more time-intensive weddings (usually with a guest count of 50+), packages start at $2,000.

For B.E.E. Silver package day 1 wedding package, we help you with any or all the following (including site visits to vendors):

  • Meet with our couples for up to 2 hours prior to event (at least 1 month out) to discuss vision, create/review schedule and services contracted. We also want to make sure our couples have everything they want in place and that nothing has been overlooked.
  • Final walk-through of venue, if within 90 miles to Denver metro. If not local, Wedding Coordinators will spend extra time becoming familiar with every last detail.
  • Up to five hours of phone support for the month prior to event
  • Confirmation of services with all vendors two weeks prior to event
  • On-site coordination of rehearsal dinner, directing ceremony rehearsal beforehand, if desired * OR * up to three additional hours of in-person planning time
  • Full day of set-up and wrap up of all the details of the day for the ceremony and reception with Wedding Coordinator (up to 10 hours)
  • Assistant to Wedding Coordinator (if desired, additional but minimal cost)
  • Trouble-shooting

What This Does and Does Not Include

Before the Day

Our B.E.E.  Officiant will happily meet with you – in person, virtually, or by phone, to walk through how you wish your ceremony to delivered.  We will insure that all your concerns are met! Your B.E.E. Planner will meet with you personally to coordinate all aspects of your day.

Our standard fee includes up to one hour of planning and prior consultation, additional time can be added as you may wish.

On Your Special Day

Our Ceremony Fee includes our arrival at the venue approximately 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time.  It also of course includes us staying for ‘completing the paperwork’ immediately after the public ceremony, plus any reasonable amount of additional time (up to an additional 30 minutes) if you wish to include us in any photographs.

We do not expect or require a ‘free meal’ and will leave prior to the reception, unless you ask us to stay for the meal (and/or to provide a blessing and prayer prior to its commencement).

After Your Special Day

Buyckstyles will file the official paperwork with the State at no extra cost.
